- Provide us with the endpoint we need to relay mail to
Provide us with the endpoint you want to use to we need to relay mail in an email to support@predictiveresponse.com
4: Prepare test
Create a campaign with a few non-test members designed to test the new relay connection setup.
5: Plan a test with the Predictive Team
Find a time for testing, where you do not expect to send a large amount of emails.
Setup a GoToMeeting with Predictive, where we do the IP switch, confirm that you receive the emails and all header information looks correct.
6: Start sending your emails from your own Exchange Server.
7: Setup your returnpath/ bounce email address
You will receive a response with your shortname that you will need to setup your returnpath.
Create an email account or an alias on your own email server with the format return@<example.com> (replace example.com with your domain) and alias that address to <shortname>@predictiverepsonse.net
This will forward your bounces to Predictive, so we can accurately process and update bounce information into Salesforce.
*SPF should display your own domain name not Predictive in MXToolbox.com
