Alternate Emails | Predictive Response
To add the Alternate Email option to your campaigns, you must first configure the feature. To start, go to your apps and click on Alternate Emails as seen below:
Click the “New” button to create a new alternative email:
Create the label which should mirror the field name and then click “Save”
Once the Alternate Email has been setup, you can navigate to the campaign that you will be using it on. You may need to add the field to the page layout if it is not already there. Use the magnifying glass to find your Alternate Email.
