Email ROI | Predictive Response
Email ROI will provide information on which email edition led to a transaction.
In the example below, you can see that the user had made a transaction which was a direct result of having clicked on the “Please give this season” email from the “December Donations” campaign and following the transaction process from there.
Predictive tracks the process and will display this information within the Email ROI related list on the Campaign page layout, as well as on the Contact record.
Adding Email ROI to your Campaign Page Layout
Once you have added the Email ROI related list to your campaign page layout, you will want to ensure the following fields are included:
From the Buttons section, make sure to Uncheck the “new” box as shown below:
