Web Scoring – No Data
When the Web Scoring tab in the Predictive section of your campaign is displaying No data available in table, below are the troubleshooting steps to try:
- Make sure the tracking script is on your website
- Check the Company tab under Predictive Admin to make sure the Company URL field is filled out accurately
- Make sure the campaign is active
- Check the links in the email and make sure they are correctly pointing to your company website
- When sending a test email, be sure to use the Send Test To Group option. Using the Send Test to Me option will not track clicks.
If you have gone through all of these steps and the Web Scoring tab is still not displaying data, please create a support ticket to escalate the issue.
