Web Page ROI
Webpage ROI will provide information on which webpages within an email edition led to a transaction.
In the example below, you can see that the user had made a transaction which was a direct result of having clicked on the “Please give this season” email from the “December Donations” campaign and follow then navigated around the website, until the transaction was placed from the page specified.
Predictive tracks the process and will display this information within the Webpage ROI related list on the Campaign page layout, as well as on the Contact record.
Adding Webpage ROI to your Campaign Page Layout
Once you have added the Webpage ROI related list to your campaign page layout, you will want to ensure the following fields are included:
