Version 12

Predictive has recently released its newest version of the Adaptive Mailer. The focus of this release is to provide a more friendly interface when your list of campaign email editions, sync history, and contact/lead activity is long.

We have also added online chat – You will find us online via the Predictive “Help” icon on your Salesforce Campaign, Contact and Lead pages.

To enable the changes available in Version 12, complete the following actions for profiles or permission sets assigned to your users.

Activate additional Apex Class Access

Confirm that all items where the namespace is PAM are moved from the left to the right.

Activate additional Visualforce Pages

Confirm that all items where the namespace is PAM are moved from the left to the right.

Lead/Contact Activity

Click here for information on adding a section to your layouts.

Add the lead or contact activity Visualforce Page to the new section and make the height 240 pixels by clicking the wrench in the VFP box.

The Activity Button on the lead/contact pages has been deactivated (most of you no longer have it but if you do…). We have provided an inline view of the information. You can remove the button and follow the instructions above.
