Dynamic Content | Predictive Response
Dynamic Content
Predictive now provides the ability to add a field to your campaign emails that has different content for the members based on a field on their lead or contact record.
For example, there are three member levels that this organization uses. They would like a different message for each level.
One way to manage this would be to create three campaigns – one for each level – and to then carefully add leads or contacts to the appropriate campaigns. Instead, you can now have one campaign with different content – typically a sentence or paragraph – in the email and all leads or contacts can be added to the one campaign.
Example:
Setup
Email received by a member at the Silver member level
Important: To request that this option be enabled for your organization, submit our support ticket.
