{"id":7102,"date":"2020-11-05T21:20:23","date_gmt":"2020-11-05T21:20:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/help.predictiveresponse.com\/?page_id=7102"},"modified":"2023-02-15T15:56:02","modified_gmt":"2023-02-15T15:56:02","slug":"connecting-eventbrite-to-eventbrite-fusion","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/help.predictiveresponse.com\/?page_id=7102","title":{"rendered":"Connecting Eventbrite to Eventbrite Fusion"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Please follow the steps below to enable Salesforce integration with your Eventbrite account:<\/p>\n<p><strong>1)<\/strong> Log into your Eventbrite account.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2)<\/strong>&nbsp;Navigate to:<a href=\"https:\/\/www.eventbrite.com\/create\"> https:\/\/www.eventbrite.com\/create<\/a> and create an Eventbrite event in your account called \u201c[Your Org Name] Salesforce Integration\u201d.&nbsp; Create 100 free tickets for this event, make it live, and save the registration link for the event (this will be used to test the integration during initial setup).&nbsp; You can make the event private so that it does not appear on your public Eventbrite page (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.eventbrite.com\/support\/articles\/en_US\/How_To\/how-to-manage-the-privacy-settings-for-your-event?lg=en_US\">instructions here<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p><strong>3)<\/strong>&nbsp;<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Navigate to:<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Account Settings&gt;Developer Links&gt;Webhooks&gt;Add Webhook and add a webhook to Eventbrite. Enter the following:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Payload URL:<a href=\"https:\/\/aws.predictiveresponse.net\/eventbrite\/post.php\"> https:\/\/aws.predictiveresponse.net\/eventbrite\/post.php<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Event: All Events<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Navigate to:<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Account Settings&gt;Developer Links&gt;Webhooks&gt;Add Webhook and add a webhook to Eventbrite. Enter the following:<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Actions:&nbsp; Check &#8211; Click to activate all actions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"wp-image-7104 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/help.predictiveresponse.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"469\" height=\"506\"><\/p>\n<p><strong>4)&nbsp;<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Click \u201cAdd Webhook\u201d. On the screen that appears after you click \u201cadd webhook,\u201d click \u201ctest\u201d to verify&nbsp;that the webhook is working.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"wp-image-7107 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/help.predictiveresponse.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/2.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"465\" height=\"400\"><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If the webhook is working you should see a green \u201c200 OK\u201d at the bottom of the page under the Recent Requests list.&nbsp; Click the green button and you should find your user id in the text block that appears<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"wp-image-7110 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/help.predictiveresponse.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/3.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"463\" height=\"448\"><\/p>\n<h6><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">NOTE: If you <\/span><b>do not<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> see a green \u201c200 OK\u201d, please click on the red button (400,401,412 or 500) and look at the details under \u2018Response Body\u2019. If not obvious, submit a case to&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Predictive Support including all of the details.<\/span><\/h6>\n<p><strong>5)&nbsp;<\/strong>Copy your User ID and send it, along with the event registration created above, to <a href=\"mailto:support@predictiveresponse.com\">support@predictiveresponse.com.<\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>6)<\/strong> Now that you have created a webhook and found your user ID, navigate to: Account Settings&gt;Developer Links&gt;API Keys and click the &#8220;Create API Key&#8221; button.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Application URL: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.predictiveresponse.com\/\">https:\/\/www.predictiveresponse.com\/<\/a><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">OAuth redirect URI: &lt; leave blank &gt;<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Application Name: Predictive<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Description: Eventbrite to Salesforce Integration<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"wp-image-7111 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/help.predictiveresponse.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/4.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"559\" height=\"146\"><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>7)<\/strong> On the screen that appears after the new API key is created, click \u201cShow API key, client secret and tokens\u201d to view your private token for the API integration.&nbsp; Copy your private token and save it.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"wp-image-7112 alignnone\" src=\"https:\/\/help.predictiveresponse.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/5.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"595\" height=\"235\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>8)<\/strong> In Salesforce, navigate to the Eventbrite Connection tab and enter your private token into the \u2018Token\u2019 field in the Eventbrite API User section.&nbsp; After clicking Connect, you should see a green checkmark to indicate you have successfully connected your Eventbrite account.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/help.predictiveresponse.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/Eventbrite-API-User.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-7442\" width=\"712\" height=\"515\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>9)<\/strong> Now, while logged in as a Salesforce Administrator, click the Connect button in the Salesforce API User section of the Eventbrite Connection Tab.
