To make this request, please submit a <a href=\"https:\/\/help.predictiveresponse.com\/?page_id=1050\">support ticket<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 1:<\/strong> Locate the campaign, then find the email edition you want to work. From the email edition section of the campaign, click on the edit pencil icon or edit in the drop-down to access the email editor.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-6780\" src=\"https:\/\/help.predictiveresponse.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/HTML-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1653\" height=\"375\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 2:<\/strong> Fill in the first five fields on the page, then click the floppy disc icon in the top right corner to save. Next, click the HTML icon.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-6782\" src=\"https:\/\/help.predictiveresponse.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/HTML-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"386\" height=\"464\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 3:<\/strong> Add HTML<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Option 1:\u00a0Paste in HTML code<\/li>\n<li>Option 2: Upload an HTML file<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Option 1:\u00a0Paste in HTML code\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>After clicking the HTML icon, remove any tags on the next screen and paste in your custom HTML code.
