Click on the gear icon and click New.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-6485 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/help.predictiveresponse.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/list-view-1-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1653\" height=\"432\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Step 2: Name your list and click Save.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-6486\" src=\"https:\/\/help.predictiveresponse.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/list-view-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"525\" height=\"279\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Step 3: Add filter Criteria to your list.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-6487\" src=\"https:\/\/help.predictiveresponse.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/list-view-3.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"659\" height=\"339\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Step 4: Select the Members you want to add and click the &#8216;Add to Campaign&#8217; button.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-6488\" src=\"https:\/\/help.predictiveresponse.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/list-view-4.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"814\" height=\"308\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Step 5:<\/p>\n<p>Search for the campaign or create a new one to add the members to.<\/p>\n<p>Next, choose either the new or active status for the members, either will work successfully for the purposes of adding campaign members.<\/p>\n<p>Finally, choose whether members already associated with the campaign keep their status. If you want, update their status with the one you selected for new members.<\/p>\n<p>Click submit when complete.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-6495 \" src=\"https:\/\/help.predictiveresponse.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/Report-2-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"519\" height=\"330\" \/><\/p>\n<h4><a id=\"Report\"><\/a>Add leads and contacts from a Salesforce Report:<\/h4>\n<p>Step 1: Go to the Reports Tab in Salesforce. Locate or create the desired lead or contact Salesforce report.<\/p>\n<p>Step 2: After running the report, click the &#8216;Add to Campaign&#8217; button or from the dropdown menu. Note that the &#8216;Add to Campaign&#8217; option will not appear if results are greater than 50,000. This is a Salesforce limitation.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-6492\" src=\"https:\/\/help.predictiveresponse.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/Report-1-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1600\" height=\"454\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Step 3:<\/p>\n<p>Search for the campaign or create a new one to add the members to.<\/p>\n<p>Next, choose either the new or active status for the members, either will work successfully for the purposes of adding campaign members.<\/p>\n<p>Finally, choose whether members already associated with the campaign keep their status. If you want, update their status with the one you selected for new members.<\/p>\n<p>Click submit when complete. An email will be sent to you once the campaign members have been added.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-6495 \" src=\"https:\/\/help.predictiveresponse.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/Report-2-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"584\" height=\"371\" \/><\/p>\n<h4><a id=\"Import\"><\/a>Import leads\u00a0and contacts\u00a0from a CSV File<\/h4>\n<p>With the Data Import Wizard, a designated marketing user can use a CSV (comma-separated values) file to import contacts, and leads and track their responses at each stage of a campaign.<\/p>\n<p>To access the Data Import Wizard, go to the campaign and locate the &#8216;Campaign Members&#8217; section.
