    1.Overview<\/b><\/p>\n

    PAM Communities is a Salesforce Community integration to Predictive AM (PAM) that allows a Community user to:<\/span><\/p>\n

    • Create a Campaign<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Synchronize a Campaign<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Create & Test Email Content (using the Predictive Wizard\/Editor)<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Schedule & Send emails<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Create & Run Reports<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      2. Template<\/b><\/p>\n

      The Predictive Community implementation is built on top of the Napili template.<\/span><\/p>\n

      3. Permissions & \u00a0Profiles Required<\/b><\/p>\n

      2.1 <\/b>PAM application should be installed for all users to make it<\/span>\u00a0available for Community users.<\/span><\/p>\n

      2.2<\/b> PAM Community Permissions permission set will have <\/span>required permissions to access the objects and fields and <\/span>API<\/b>\u00a0Enabled<\/b> permission to interact with PAM server<\/span><\/p>\n

      \n<\/span> 2. Email Editions: All fields are given Edit access<\/span>
