Please use our online support ticket to request the option &#8211; <a title=\"Support Ticket\" href=\"https:\/\/help.predictiveresponse.com\/?page_id=1050\">Support Ticket<\/a>.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"#config\">Configuration<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"#use\">Using<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><a id=\"config\"><\/a>Configuration<\/h2>\n<p>The first step in using dynamic content is to make sure that the field being used as the trigger for the dynamic content is mapped. If the field is already mapped, it has to be connected to dynamic content and this is done by clicking Save. Go to;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Predictive Admin tab<\/li>\n<li>Merge Field icon<\/li>\n<li>Add your field, if not already listed<\/li>\n<li>Click the Save button (required even if field already listed)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>After the new option is enabled, you will have a new Related List. This needs to be added to the appropriate campaign page layouts. Go to:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Setup<\/li>\n<li>Build<\/li>\n<li>Expand Customize<\/li>\n<li>Expand Campaigns<\/li>\n<li>Click on Page Layouts<\/li>\n<li>Click to edit\u00a0the appropriate layout<\/li>\n<li>From the layout grid, locate the menu item for Related Lists<\/li>\n<li>Locate the item named Dynamic Content and drag to the desired location on your page<\/li>\n<li>Use the wrench icon to add your desired fields*<\/li>\n<li>Click Save when done<\/li>\n<li>Repeat steps 6 through 10 for other page layouts<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>*Suggested fields<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Label<\/li>\n<li>Description<\/li>\n<li>Lead | Contact Field<\/li>\n<li>Token<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Prior to setting your content, confirm that you have your fields in place on the lead or contact pages.
