{"id":3872,"date":"2015-09-09T16:41:45","date_gmt":"2015-09-09T16:41:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/139.59.23.56\/predictive3\/?page_id=3872"},"modified":"2019-01-23T12:48:57","modified_gmt":"2019-01-23T12:48:57","slug":"layouts-leadcontact-enterprise-or-higher","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/help.predictiveresponse.com\/?page_id=3872","title":{"rendered":"Layouts: Lead\/Contact ( Enterprise or higher)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a id=\"top\"><\/a>If you are using the Salesforce Enterprise or higher edition, you can either assign our campaign page layouts to your user profiles, or add the following components to your current page layout.<\/p>\n<h1>Assign the\u00a0Adaptive Mailer campaign page layout to your user profiles:<\/h1>\n<ul>\n<li>Click on the Setup link in the top right corner next to Salesforce username<\/li>\n<li>In the left pane, under Build, expand\u00a0Customize\u00a0by clicking on the right arrow mark<\/li>\n<li>Expand Campaigns<\/li>\n<li>Select Page Layouts<\/li>\n<li>Click the\u00a0Page Layout Assignment\u00a0button<\/li>\n<li>Click the\u00a0Edit Assignment\u00a0button<\/li>\n<li>Select the\u00a0System Administrator\u00a0profile and any other profiles that are assigned to users who will be\u00a0managing Predictive campaigns<\/li>\n<li>From the drop down list, select the\u00a0Predictive AM Campaign Layout<\/li>\n<li>Click\u00a0Save\u00a0when done<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h1>Add\u00a0the Adaptive Mailer components to your page layouts:<\/h1>\n<p>The components of our page include buttons, fields and related lists as documented below.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"#buttons\">Available Buttons<\/a>: These buttons provide access to data or one-click actions as needed.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"#fields\">Fields<\/a>: These fields provide information that can be useful as you manages Predictive campaigns.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"#lists\">Related Lists<\/a>: We provide Subscriber Choices that is useful if you are taking advantage of our subscription page feature and fields that can be added to the Campaign History related list that provide additional information about lead\/contact activity in campaigns.<a id=\"buttons\"><\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Buttons<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Opt In<\/strong>: If a lead\/contact has globally opted out from a campaign and then wishes to change their action, click this button to reverse the member status in Salesforce and all Predictive campaigns.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Opt<\/strong> <strong>Out<\/strong>: If a lead\/contact notifies you that they want to globally opt out from your campaigns, this button will update Salesforce and all current and future Predictive campaigns.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2475\" src=\"https:\/\/help.predictiveresponse.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/Reference.png\" alt=\"Reference\" width=\"25\" height=\"25\" \/>\u00a0<strong>Reference<\/strong>: <a title=\"FAQ: How does the opt out process work in Predictive?\" href=\"https:\/\/help.predictiveresponse.com\/?page_id=1465\">For more information on how the opt out process works, click here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Subscriptions<\/strong>: Provides access to the latest version of the subscription page as completed by the lead\/contact. You can make changes on their behalf as desired.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Activity\u00a0Section<\/h2>\n<p>This section provides access to live actions taken by leads\/contacts added to campaigns.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Click on the Setup link in the top right corner next to Salesforce username<\/li>\n<li>In the left pane, under Build, expand Customize\u00a0by clicking on right arrow mark<\/li>\n<li>Expand Campaigns<\/li>\n<li>Select Page Layouts<\/li>\n<li>Click Edit for the desired page layout (repeat for all applicable layouts)<\/li>\n<li>Create a new section and\u00a0drag the Lead or Contact Activity\u00a0VFP item to your new section<\/li>\n<li>Add a name and select 1-column<\/li>\n<li>Click the wrench icon in page display and change the height to 240<\/li>\n<li>Click OK when done<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The information provided in this section includes<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Email Activity<\/strong>: Displays the campaign emails sent to the lead\/contact and the actions taken.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Web<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Activity<\/strong>: Displays the links clinked from a campaign email.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6 style=\"text-align: right;\"><a href=\"#top\" class=\"back_to_top\">Back to Top<\/a><a id=\"Fields\"><\/a><\/h6>\n<h2>Fields<\/h2>\n<p>The following fields can be added to lead\/contact pages as desired:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Lead\/Contact Score<\/strong>: As your campaign members open emails, click links, etc., they can be assigned scores for each action.
