{"id":3810,"date":"2015-09-02T20:33:17","date_gmt":"2015-09-02T20:33:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/139.59.23.56\/predictive3\/?page_id=3810"},"modified":"2019-01-23T12:49:08","modified_gmt":"2019-01-23T12:49:08","slug":"modify-page-layouts","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/help.predictiveresponse.com\/?page_id=3810","title":{"rendered":"Modify Page Layouts"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a id=\"top\"><\/a>If you are using the Salesforce Enterprise or higher edition, after you install the Adaptive Mailer, you will see that\u00a0Predictive has provided the following page layouts.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Predictive AM Campaign Page Layout<\/li>\n<li>Predictive Campaign Member Page Layout<\/li>\n<li>Predictive AM Lead Layout<\/li>\n<li>Predictive AM Contact Layout<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>These layouts can be assigned to individual profiles or the Predictive components can be added to your custom layouts.<\/p>\n<p>For Professional edition users, you are required to configure your standard page layout to provide access to Predictive data and tools.<\/p>\n<p>Predictive utilizes different component types on the page layouts:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"#buttons\">Buttons<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"#sections\">Sections<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"#fields\">Fields<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"#lists\">Related Lists<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h1>Modify a page layout<\/h1>\n<p>Go to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Setup<\/li>\n<li>Customize<\/li>\n<li>Select\u00a0Campaigns, Leads or Contacts<\/li>\n<li>Click Page Layout(s)<\/li>\n<li>Enterprise or higher users will click edit next to the layout to be modified, Professional users will see the layout being used<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>After selecting the layout to be edited, the page will display with a layout grid and menu at the top.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-3857\" src=\"https:\/\/help.predictiveresponse.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/grid.gif\" alt=\"grid\" width=\"1576\" height=\"220\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2488\" src=\"https:\/\/help.predictiveresponse.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/Information.gif\" alt=\"Information\" width=\"25\" height=\"25\" \/>\u00a0<strong>Information<\/strong>:\u00a0There are two other options that can be used to modify the layout of a page.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Click the Edit Layout link at the top right of the page<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-3858\" src=\"https:\/\/help.predictiveresponse.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/editlayout.gif\" alt=\"editlayout\" width=\"350\" height=\"150\" \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Open the force.com menu and select Edit Layout<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-3859\" src=\"https:\/\/help.predictiveresponse.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/force.gif\" alt=\"force\" width=\"350\" height=\"424\" \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<h6 style=\"text-align: right;\"><a style=\"font-weight: bold;\" href=\"#top\">Back to Top<\/a><\/h6>\n<h2><a id=\"buttons\"><\/a>Buttons<\/h2>\n<p>To add a button:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Click the Buttons menu item<\/li>\n<li>Drag the button to the custom buttons area on the page (highlighted in green)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-3860\" src=\"https:\/\/help.predictiveresponse.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/buttons.gif\" alt=\"buttons\" width=\"1573\" height=\"430\" \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<h6 style=\"text-align: right;\"><a style=\"font-weight: bold;\" href=\"#top\">Back to Top<\/a><\/h6>\n<h2><a id=\"sections\"><\/a>Sections<\/h2>\n<p>Create sections to organize the fields on the page.
