CampaignFlow adds new or existing leads\/contacts to the specified campaign in Salesforce. ISX coordinates the synchronize and send now features with the Adaptive Mailer.<\/p>\n<p>In other words, if CampaignFlow adds a contact to a campaign and InstantSend for Predictive is selected as a Trigger Action, the new member will get synchronized with the Adaptive Mailer and will be sent the active email right away.<\/p>\n<p>If you have installed CampaignFlow and are not using the Adaptive Mailer, then c<a title=\"InstantSend for Salesforce\" href=\"https:\/\/help.predictiveresponse.com\/?page_id=693\">lick here for more information on our InstantSend for Salesforce plug-in.<\/a><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2475\" src=\"https:\/\/help.predictiveresponse.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/Reference.png\" alt=\"Reference\" width=\"25\" height=\"25\" \/>\u00a0<strong>Information<\/strong>: <a title=\"Using CampaignFlow\" href=\"https:\/\/help.predictiveresponse.com\/?page_id=102\">Click here to see information on how to use CampaignFlow and applicable plug-ins to automate the processes of adding members to campaigns and send emails to the members.<\/a><\/p>\n<h1>Configuring InstantSend for\u00a0Predictive<\/h1>\n<h2>Access Settings<\/h2>\n<p>To enable the ability to use Instant Send for Predictive, the appropriate profiles\/permission sets need to be modified.<\/p>\n<p>In the Apex Class Access Section, move all items that start with ISX from the left to the right \u00a0&#8211; Available to Enabled.<\/p>\n<h2>Custom Settings<\/h2>\n<p>If you are planning a large upload or update of leads or contacts, you will most likely want to turn off ISX until the update\/insert is complete.<\/p>\n<p>Activate the ISX Custom Settings. Go to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Setup<\/li>\n<li>Develop<\/li>\n<li>Custom Settings<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-3693\" src=\"https:\/\/help.predictiveresponse.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/ISX-Settings.gif\" alt=\"ISX Settings\" width=\"916\" height=\"403\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Click Manage for ISX Settings<\/li>\n<li>Click the New button<\/li>\n<li>Add a description<\/li>\n<li>Click the Run ISX checkbox<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-3694\" src=\"https:\/\/help.predictiveresponse.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/ISX-Settings-2.gif\" alt=\"ISX Settings 2\" width=\"930\" height=\"241\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2490\" src=\"https:\/\/help.predictiveresponse.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/bestpractices.gif\" alt=\"1bestpractices\" width=\"25\" height=\"25\" \/>\u00a0<strong>Best Practice<\/strong>: If you are attempting to upload a large amount of data into Salesforce from another 3rd party application, you may run into Salesforce limitations and see an error message similar to this:<\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Error loading into target [Contact] : Error received from\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/salesforce.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">salesforce.com<\/a><span style=\"color: #000000;\">. Fields []. Status code [CANNOT_MODIFY_MANAGED_OBJECT]. Message [CFL.X2CampaignContactInsert: System.LimitException: ISX:Too many future calls: 51].\u00a0<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Turning off ISX prior to the upload should help so that you do not have the error message display. When the upload is done, re-check the Run ISX box.<\/p>\n<h1><strong>Confirm Trigger Action<\/strong><\/h1>\n<p>InstantSend for Predictive is considered a trigger action for the CampaignFlow application. THe term needs to be available from the Trigger Action picklist field.
