You will need to enter the company information prior to sending campaign emails as this is the information that displays in the email footer &#8211; and &#8211; the Salesforce Login information needs to be entered so that Salesforce and Predictive can work together.<\/p>\n<p>Click the Predictive Admin tab to access the database. The following icons\u00a0display:<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-3639\" src=\"https:\/\/help.predictiveresponse.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/tabviewnew.gif\" alt=\"tabviewnew\" width=\"1031\" height=\"80\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The tab provides access to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"#company\"><strong>Company<\/strong><\/a>: This information is used in the footer of your campaign emails and\u00a0determines the type (direct or indirect) of tracking that will be used for your email links.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"#sflogin\"><strong>Salesforce Login<\/strong><\/a>: A system administrator login (used as the Integration User) is entered and validated here so that Predictive and Salesforce can communicate. This user MUST also be checked as a &#8220;Marketing User.&#8221;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Merge Fields<\/strong>: Salesforce fields can be mapped from here and used in your campaign emails.\u00a0<a title=\"Mapping Custom Fields\" href=\"https:\/\/help.predictiveresponse.com\/?page_id=77\">For more information on how to map Salesforce fields, click here<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Setup<\/strong>: Additional global settings are provided here. <a title=\"Predictive Admin\" href=\"https:\/\/help.predictiveresponse.com\/?page_id=1594\">For more information on the options provided, click here.<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h1>Company<\/h1>\n<p>Add:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Company Name and Address<\/li>\n<li>Company URL: Links in your email to the the Company URL\u00a0will receive tracking code. Links in your email that point away from the Company URL will be redirected through a Predictive server\u00a0to ensure\u00a0that a recipient&#8217;s click is correctly recorded.<\/li>\n<li>Opt Out url (if you have developed a custom page)<\/li>\n<li>Redirect (if you have developed a custom page)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2475\" src=\"https:\/\/help.predictiveresponse.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/Reference.png\" alt=\"Reference\" width=\"25\" height=\"25\" \/>\u00a0<strong>Reference<\/strong>:\u00a0<a title=\"Custom Opt Out Pages\" href=\"https:\/\/help.predictiveresponse.com\/?page_id=65\">Click here for more information on creating custom opt out and redirect pages.<\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Status<\/strong>: Displays the status of your Salesforce Login information in Predictive.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Field Level Security<\/strong>: If you are having issues with the sync process &#8211; a possible reason is that one or more fields required by Predictive is not configured correctly. If the username\/password combination entered here is not valid, some\u00a0processes may not work, such as the synchronizing between Salesforce and Predictive and sending emails.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2489\" src=\"https:\/\/help.predictiveresponse.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/Important.png\" alt=\"Important\" width=\"25\" height=\"25\" \/>\u00a0<strong>Important<\/strong>:\u00a0The user name and password entered is required to be for a Salesforce System Administrator that is a &#8220;Marketing User&#8221; and has full rights to create and modify all components in Salesforce and Predictive. If the login and\/or password is changed in Salesforce, this page needs to be modified also.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-3644\" src=\"https:\/\/help.predictiveresponse.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/sfloginnew.gif\" alt=\"sfloginnew\" width=\"1062\" height=\"315\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2489\" src=\"https:\/\/help.predictiveresponse.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/Important.png\" alt=\"Important\" width=\"25\" height=\"25\" \/>\u00a0<strong>Important<\/strong>: After saving the entry, the status needs to indicate that the login is valid.
