This page outlines that most of our customers have to modify &#8211; however there may be others.<\/p>\n<p>To confirm the fields that may require configuration so that Predictive and Salesforce can work together, you can access the Setup window in the Predictive Admin tab.<\/p>\n<p>If the tab is available in your view, click it or click the plus sign in the Salesforce tab bar to access. Click the Setup icon and view the Field Level Security section. The image below shows the accurate field settings.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-3805\" src=\"https:\/\/help.predictiveresponse.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/setup1.gif\" alt=\"setup1\" width=\"920\" height=\"777\" \/><\/p>\n<h1>Campaign Page<\/h1>\n<p>If you use record types for your campaigns, you will need to configure our field &#8211; Email Type &#8211; so that it is available for use for the appropriate record types. To do so:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Setup<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Build<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Customize<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Campaigns<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Record Types<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Click the name of the appropriate record type<\/li>\n<li>Scroll down to the\u00a0Picklists Available for Editing section<\/li>\n<li>Click Edit next to Email Type<\/li>\n<li>Move the three types listed from the Available Values\u00a0to the Selected Values\u00a0box<\/li>\n<li>Click Save and repeat as needed for any other record types.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h1>Lead\/Contact Pages<\/h1>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Email Opt Out<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 This check box <strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">needs to be visible and editable<\/span><\/strong> for both leads and contacts<\/li>\n<li><strong>Lead\/Contact Score<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 This field needs to be visible and editable for both leads and contacts<\/li>\n<li><strong>Lead\/Contact Score Rating<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 This field needs to be visible and read-only for both leads and contacts<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To set these fields as needed, go to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Setup<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Build<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Customize<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Leads (repeat for Contacts)<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Locate the\u00a0<strong>Email Opt Out<\/strong>\u00a0field and click on the field\u00a0label<\/li>\n<li>Click the\u00a0<strong>Set the Field-Level Security<\/strong>\u00a0button to modify the visibility for the\u00a0system administrator and all other profiles that are assigned to users that will be accessing Predictive AM<\/li>\n<li>Click\u00a0<strong>Save<\/strong>\u00a0when done<\/li>\n<li>Click the\u00a0<strong>View Field Accessibility<\/strong>\u00a0button to set the Editable or Read-Only option (as noted above)\u00a0for the system administrator and all other profiles that are assigned to users that will be accessing Predictive AM<\/li>\n<li>Click\u00a0<strong>Save<\/strong>\u00a0when done<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/help.predictiveresponse.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/Important.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2489\" src=\"https:\/\/help.predictiveresponse.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/Important.png\" alt=\"Important\" width=\"25\" height=\"25\" \/><\/a>\u00a0Important<\/strong>: Even if your business process does not utilize both leads and contacts in Salesforce, we require that the settings above are completed for both leads and contacts.<\/p>\n<p><a title=\"Install Test\" href=\"https:\/\/help.predictiveresponse.com\/?page_id=3277\">\u00a0Click here to go the next step:\u00a0Install Test<\/a><\/p>\n<h1><a title=\"Configure access to the Edition Wizard\" href=\"https:\/\/help.predictiveresponse.com\/?page_id=3203\">We can help!<\/a><\/h1>\n<p style=\"color: #000000;\"><a style=\"color: #0f3647;\" title=\"Support Calendar\" href=\"https:\/\/help.predictiveresponse.com\/?page_id=2722\">Click here if you wish to set a meeting for assistance with the installation\/configuration of a Predictive application or a training session.<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>There are a few fields that have to be available on your page layouts and that need to be configured in a certain way.
