When installing the Adaptive Mailer, it is advised that the System Administrator only access option is selected. After the install you can either manage profiles or assign a permission set as documented below.<\/p>\n<p>The Predictive Version 12 package includes a partial permission set that can be modified and assigned to users &#8211; or every profile that requires access to Predictive needs to be modified following the information provided below.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"#user\">Users\u00a0<\/a>&#8211; <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Required<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"#permission\">Permission Sets<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"#profiles\">Profiles<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2475\" src=\"https:\/\/help.predictiveresponse.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/Reference.png\" alt=\"Reference\" width=\"25\" height=\"25\" \/>\u00a0If you are using the CampaignFlow application, <a title=\"CampaignFlow Configuration\" href=\"https:\/\/help.predictiveresponse.com\/?page_id=102\">click here for information on the access settings.<\/a><\/p>\n<h1><a id=\"user\"><\/a>Users<\/h1>\n<p>All users that are to create and manage campaigns, need to be marked as a marketing user. This will also check the Read box automatically.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Merge Fields<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Click Edit<\/li>\n<li>Object Permissions: Click\u00a0View All. If that user is going to be using Predictive to manage campaigns, they need the components listed below to access the different components we provide.<\/p>\n<p>Every profile assigned to a Predictive user needs to have these settings. If you have a group of people that will only view the data &#8211; you will modify each settings accordingly.<\/p>\n<p>To modify or create a profile, go to<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Setup<\/li>\n<li>Administer<\/li>\n<li>Manage Users<\/li>\n<li>Profiles<\/li>\n<li>Click the New Button to create a new profile\u00a0or edit next to the profle\u00a0to be modified<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Required Elements &#8211;
