To use the CampaignFlow application with Predictive AM you will also need to install our InstantSend application that allows leads\/contacts added to a campaign in Salesforce to be added to the corresponding campaign in Predictive AM which then allows the new campaign members to start receiving the campaign emails.<\/p>\n<h1><a id=\"CFL\"><\/a>Install Campaign Flow<\/h1>\n<p>To start the install process, you must have downloaded the installation from the Salesforce AppExchange or received an email from your Predictive Response representative.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Use the provided link<\/li>\n<li>Click Continue<\/li>\n<li>Click Next<\/li>\n<li>Verify desired security access and click Next<\/li>\n<li>On the next screen, select Grant access to admins only, and click Next<\/li>\n<li>On the final screen, click Install.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2489\" src=\"https:\/\/help.predictiveresponse.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/Important.png\" alt=\"Important\" width=\"25\" height=\"25\" \/>\u00a0<strong>Important<\/strong>: It is best to grant access to your system admin(s) first and then modify the profiles that are assigned to the users that will be using the application.<\/p>\n<h1><a id=\"ISX\"><\/a>Install InstantSend<\/h1>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2489\" src=\"https:\/\/help.predictiveresponse.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/Important.png\" alt=\"Important\" width=\"25\" height=\"25\" \/>\u00a0<strong>Stop<\/strong>: If you are not using Campaign Flow with the Adaptive Mailer, skip this step.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Use the provided link<\/li>\n<li>Log into Salesforce (if prompted)<\/li>\n<li>Click Continue<\/li>\n<li>On the popup window \u2013 Approve Third-Part Access, click Yes\u2026 and Continue<\/li>\n<li>Click Next<\/li>\n<li>On the next screen, select Grant access to all users, and click Next<\/li>\n<li>Click Install<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h1><a id=\"page\"><\/a>Campaign Page Layout<\/h1>\n<p>Because CFL works with a campaign, it is suggested that you add a CFL section to your campaign page layout.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Go to Setup<\/li>\n<li>Locate and expand Customize<\/li>\n<li>Expand Campaigns and select Page Layouts<\/li>\n<li>Select the page layout you are currently using in Salesforce and click Edit<\/li>\n<li>Click Related Lists on the layout grid menu and select Campaign Flow<\/li>\n<li>Drag the item to a location on your campaign page<\/li>\n<li>Click the Wrench icon to customize the data displayed in the section, we advise adding:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Name<\/strong>: The name of the flow (unique identifier)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Description<\/strong>: Optional<\/li>\n<li><strong>Active<\/strong>: Check if active, un-check if inactive<\/li>\n<li><strong>Existing Lead\/Contact<\/strong>: The CFL will react to changes to the designated fields on an existing lead or contact in Salesforce<\/li>\n<li><strong>New Lead\/Contact<\/strong>: The CFL will react to when a new lead or contact is added to Salesforce<\/li>\n<li><strong>Trigger<\/strong> <strong>Action<\/strong>: This is the connection that CFL uses with xPress to add the new campaign member to the campaign in xPress so that they can start receiving campaign emails<\/li>\n<li><strong>Change Status<\/strong>: This is used when a campaign member requires a level change \u2013 such as being changed to Completed so that they stop receiving emails from the campaign<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2490\" src=\"https:\/\/help.predictiveresponse.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/bestpractices.gif\" alt=\"1bestpractices\" width=\"25\" height=\"25\" \/>\u00a0Best Practices<\/strong>: A flow can be set to react to change in existing lead\/contacts <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">AND<\/span> new leads\/contacts if desired.<\/p>\n<h1><a id=\"trigger\"><\/a>Trigger Action Field<\/h1>\n<p>This field is required when using CFL with xPress. The value has to be added to the picklist field.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Go to Setup<\/li>\n<li>Locate and expand Create<\/li>\n<li>Select Objects<\/li>\n<li>Click on the Campaign Flow Label<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/help.predictiveresponse.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/objects.gif\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1834\" src=\"https:\/\/help.predictiveresponse.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/objects.gif\" alt=\"objects\" width=\"266\" height=\"280\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Scroll down to the Custom Fields &amp; Relationships section and locate the Trigger Action field<\/li>\n<li>Click on Trigger Action and then New in the Picklist Values section<\/li>\n<li>Add InstantSend for xPress<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h1><a id=\"remote\"><\/a>Remote Site Settings<\/h1>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2489\" src=\"https:\/\/help.predictiveresponse.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/Important.png\" alt=\"Important\" width=\"25\" height=\"25\" \/>\u00a0<strong>Stop<\/strong>: If you are not using CampaignFlow with the Adaptive Mailer, skip this step.<\/p>\n<p>This setting should be included with the installation.
