As the data gets older, it may not be as relevant to you as it was in the past. Use these\u00a0fields to reduce those scores on a monthly basis.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Percentage<\/strong>: Every month, the percentage entered here will be calculated for each lead and contact and that amount will be\u00a0deducted from their accumulated score that displays on their record.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Fixed<\/strong> <strong>Point<\/strong>: A flat amount can be entered here that will be\u00a0deducted from their accumulated score that displays on their record.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2488\" src=\"https:\/\/help.predictiveresponse.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/Information.gif\" alt=\"Information\" width=\"25\" height=\"25\" \/>\u00a0<strong>Note<\/strong>: If both fields are completed, then both amounts will be deducted. If one field is completed then only that amount will be deducted.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Field Level Security<\/strong>: If you are having issues with the sync process &#8211; a possible reason is that one or more fields required by Predictive is not configured correctly.
