This will provide access to create and manage flows for that campaign. Go to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Setup<\/li>\n<li>Customize<\/li>\n<li>Campaigns<\/li>\n<li>Page Layout(s)<\/li>\n<li>Click Edit for the page layout to be modified<\/li>\n<li>In the layout grid, click the Related List menu item<\/li>\n<li>Drag the CampaignFlow related list to your campaign page layout<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/help.predictiveresponse.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/02\/layoutgrid.gif\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1878\" src=\"https:\/\/help.predictiveresponse.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/02\/layoutgrid.gif\" alt=\"layoutgrid\" width=\"841\" height=\"207\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Use the Wrench icon to add the following columns to the section:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Name<\/li>\n<li>Description<\/li>\n<li>Active<\/li>\n<li>and any other fields you wish to view<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Custom Settings<\/h2>\n<p>The CampaignFlow application is not able to manage a mass update of lead or contact data that matches an existing flow. You may see an error message if this occurs. The\u00a0following options will help with this type of issue:<\/p>\n<h3>To temporarily disable CampaignFlow, go to:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Setup<\/li>\n<li>Develop<\/li>\n<li>Custom Settings<\/li>\n<li>Locate CampaignFlow Settings and click on the Manage link<\/li>\n<li>Click New and Name the settings &#8220;Disable CampaignFlow Settings&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>Then check the boxes you want to disable<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone  wp-image-7323\" src=\"https:\/\/help.predictiveresponse.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/4.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"442\" height=\"218\" \/><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Disable Error Emails<\/strong>: Use this option if you do not want to receive error emails when a CampaignFlow fails.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Disable<\/strong> <strong>Realtime<\/strong> <strong>CampaignFlow<\/strong>: This option allows you to disable all your real-time CampaignFlows at one time. If selected, your CampaignFlows will only run if you use the Run Now or Schedule button.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Disable<\/strong> <strong>Scheduled<\/strong> <strong>CampaignFlows<\/strong>: If selected your CampaignFlows will run in real-time<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2488\" src=\"https:\/\/help.predictiveresponse.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/Information.gif\" alt=\"Information\" width=\"25\" height=\"25\" \/><strong>Note<\/strong>: if RealTime CampaignFlow and Scheduled are disabled, all CampaignFlows will not run.<\/p>\n<p>To later re-activate, you can click Edit and uncheck the appropriate field(s).<\/p>\n<p><a style=\"font-weight: bold;\" href=\"#top\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-4251 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/help.predictiveresponse.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/02\/BackToTop.gif\" alt=\"BackToTop\" width=\"70\" height=\"34\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h1><a id=\"access\"><\/a>CampaignFlow Access Settings<\/h1>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2490\" src=\"https:\/\/help.predictiveresponse.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/bestpractices.gif\" alt=\"1bestpractices\" width=\"25\" height=\"25\" \/>\u00a0<strong>Best Practice<\/strong>: Create a separate Permission Set for the CampaignFlow application.<\/p>\n<p>If you are using our CampaignFlow application and one or more of the available plugins,\u00a0the following settings apply.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"#cflapps\">Assigned Apps:\u00a0<strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Required<\/span><\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n<li>Assigned Connected Apps: Not Required<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"#cflobject\">Object Settings:\u00a0<strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Required<\/span><\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n<li>App Permissions:\u00a0\u00a0Not Required<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"#cflapex\">Apex Class Access:\u00a0<strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Required<\/span><\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"#cflvfp\">Visualforce Page Access:\u00a0<strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Required<\/span><\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n<li>External Data Source Access:\u00a0\u00a0Not Required<\/li>\n<li>Named Credential Access:\u00a0\u00a0Not Required<\/li>\n<li>Custom Permissions:\u00a0\u00a0Not Required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><a id=\"cflapps\"><\/a>Assigned Apps:\u00a0<strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Required<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Click Assigned Apps heading<\/li>\n<li>Click the Edit button<\/li>\n<li>Move CFL.CampaignFlow\u00a0from the left to the right<\/li>\n<li>Click the Save button<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2><a id=\"cflobject\"><\/a>Object Settings:\u00a0<strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Required<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<h3>Campaign Members<\/h3>\n<p>Most of these fields will be included in the PAM Permission Set and will not be modified here. Highlight all and click the Add arrow to move from the Available section to the Enabled section.<\/p>\n<p>If you have installed the InstantSend for Predictive plug-in, move all items with ISX as the namespace to the Enabled section.<\/p>\n<h2><a id=\"cflvfp\"><\/a>Visualforce Page Access:\u00a0<strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Required<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>All items with list with\u00a0CFL\u00a0as the namespace need to be enabled.
