Installing the ZFusion Salesforce app from Salesforce AppExchange.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step 2. Installing the ZFusion Zoom app from the Zoom Marketplace<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step 3. Connecting your Zoom account to Salesforce&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step 4.&nbsp;Configuring ZFusion Settings<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step 5. Configuring ZFusion Page Layouts<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>Installing and Connecting the ZFusion App<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step 1.\u00a0Installing the ZFusion Salesforce app from Salesforce AppExchange.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>Log into your Salesforce environment and navigate to the AppExchange.&nbsp;&nbsp;<em>Note that you must have a Salesforce Administrator&nbsp; profile or permission to install apps.<\/em><\/li><li>Find the ZFusion Salesforce app and install it into your Salesforce org.&nbsp;<em>You may choose to install for Admins only or for all users, depending on your team\u2019s needs.&nbsp; A single ZFusion license allows all users in your org to access ZFusion objects, so there is no cost associated with broadening access to the app.<\/em><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step 2.\u00a0Installing the ZFusion Zoom app from the Zoom Marketplace<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>Log into your Zoom account.&nbsp;<em>Note that you must have Webinar permissions in Zoom to use this app.&nbsp;<\/em><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step 3.\u00a0Connecting your Zoom account to Salesforce\u00a0 \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>Log into your Zoom account.\u00a0<em>The logged in user should have Webinar permissions in Zoom.\u00a0<\/em><\/li><li>While still logged into your Zoom account, navigate to the Zoom Connection tab in Salesforce and click \u201cConnect\u201d under the Zoom API section<br><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"500\" height=\"399\" src=\"https:\/\/help.predictiveresponse.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/Picture1.png\" alt=\"\"><\/li><li>On the screen that appears, click the \u201cAuthorize\u201d button to allow Zoom to send your webinar data to Salesforce.<br><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"500\" height=\"618\" src=\"https:\/\/help.predictiveresponse.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/Picture2-1.png\" alt=\"\"><\/li><li>You should now see a green checkmark, indicating that you have successfully connected your Zoom Account to Salesforce.<br><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"500\" height=\"425\" src=\"https:\/\/help.predictiveresponse.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/Picture3.png\" alt=\"\"><\/li><li>Next, to complete the connection from Salesforce to Zoom, click the \u201cConnect\u201d button in the Salesforce API Section of the Zoom Connection Tab.<br><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"500\" height=\"425\" src=\"https:\/\/help.predictiveresponse.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/Picture4-1.png\" alt=\"\"><\/li><li>You should now see a green checkmark, indicating that you have successfully connected your Salesforce account to Zoom.<br><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"500\" height=\"425\" src=\"https:\/\/help.predictiveresponse.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/Picture5.png\" alt=\"\"><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>There are several options for configuring the objects that ZFusion creates in your Salesforce.&nbsp; To customize your ZFusion setup, Navigate to the ZFusion Settings Tab and select the \u201cMaster\u201d ZFusion Settings object.<br><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/help.predictiveresponse.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/Picture6.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"580\" height=\"175\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5><strong>Step 4.\u00a0Configuring ZFusion Settings<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>You can change data creation settings by editing fields on the Master ZFusion object.<br><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/help.predictiveresponse.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/Picture7.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"580\" height=\"346\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>Account Record Type:&nbsp;<\/strong>(Optional) To set the record type for accounts created by ZFusion, enter the 15 character Record Type ID* here (if left blank, default record type will be used)<\/li><li><strong>Campaign Record Type:&nbsp;<\/strong>(Optional) To set the record type for campaigns created by ZFusion, enter the 15 character Record Type ID* here (if left blank, default record type will be used)*<\/li><li><strong>Contact Record Type :&nbsp;<\/strong>(Optional) To set the record type for contacts created by ZFusion, enter the 15 character Record Type ID* here (if left blank, default record type will be used)<\/li><li><strong>Create Opportunities :&nbsp;<\/strong>Select the criteria for creating new opportunities from Zoom registrations. You can choose to:<ul><li>\u201c-none-\u201d Create no opportunities<\/li><li>\u201cFor all registrations\u201d: Create an opportunity for every new Zoom registration<\/li><li>\u201cFor registrations &gt;$0\u201d Create an opportunity only for Zoom registrations with an associated cost<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>Lead Source:&nbsp;<\/strong>(Optional) set a default lead source value for new leads or contacts created by ZFusion.
