ZFusion allows you to send an email directly to the members of any Salesforce Campaign. This is useful when you need to quickly reach everyone associated with a specific Campaign without leaving Salesforce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Note:<\/strong>
<\/strong> This function is part of ZFusion<\/strong>, and it does not<\/strong> use the Predictive Response Email Editor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How to Send an Email from a Campaign<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
  • Navigate to your Campaign
    <\/strong>
    • Go to the Campaigns<\/strong> tab in Salesforce.
      <\/li>
    • Select the Campaign you want to email from (for example, Ice Cream Lovers Campaign<\/em>).
      <\/li><\/ul><\/li>
    • Open the Campaign Members list
      <\/strong>
      • Inside your Campaign, click on the Campaign Members<\/strong> related list to see all Leads and Contacts associated with the Campaign.

      • Access the Send Email option
        <\/strong>
        • On the top right corner of the Campaign Members section, click the down arrow \u25be<\/strong> button next to Manage Campaign Members<\/strong>.

        • From the dropdown, select Send Email<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          • Compose and Send the Email
            <\/strong>
            • The ZFusion email interface will open.
              <\/li>
            • Enter your Subject<\/strong>, Message<\/strong>, and choose any additional settings available.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

              • When ready, click Send<\/strong> to deliver the message to all Campaign Members.

                Important Notes<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
                • The Send Email<\/strong> option is only available if ZFusion 3.0 is installed and configured in your Salesforce environment.

                • This feature sends through Salesforce service, not Predictive Response.
                  <\/li>
                • Emails are sent to all active Campaign Members with valid email addresses.
