This is useful when you need to quickly reach everyone associated with a specific Campaign without leaving Salesforce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong> This function is part of <strong>ZFusion<\/strong>, and it does <strong>not<\/strong> use the Predictive Response Email Editor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>How to Send an Email from a Campaign<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>Navigate to your Campaign<br><\/strong><ul><li>Go to the <strong>Campaigns<\/strong> tab in Salesforce.<br><\/li><li>Select the Campaign you want to email from (for example, <em>Ice Cream Lovers Campaign<\/em>).<br><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>Open the Campaign Members list<br><\/strong><ul><li>Inside your Campaign, click on the <strong>Campaign Members<\/strong> related list to see all Leads and Contacts associated with the Campaign.<br><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>Access the Send Email option<br><\/strong><ul><li>On the top right corner of the Campaign Members section, click the <strong>down arrow \u25be<\/strong> button next to <strong>Manage Campaign Members<\/strong>.<br><\/li><li>From the dropdown, select <strong>Send Email<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1600\" height=\"434\" src=\"https:\/\/help.predictiveresponse.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/image-5.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-7859\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>Compose and Send the Email<br><\/strong><ul><li>The ZFusion email interface will open.<br><\/li><li>Enter your <strong>Subject<\/strong>, <strong>Message<\/strong>, and choose any additional settings available.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"986\" height=\"747\" src=\"https:\/\/help.predictiveresponse.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/image-4.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-7858\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>When ready, click <strong>Send<\/strong> to deliver the message to all Campaign Members.<br><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>Important Notes<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>The <strong>Send Email<\/strong> option is only available if ZFusion 3.0 is installed and configured in your Salesforce environment.<br><\/li><li>This feature sends through Salesforce service, not Predictive Response.<br><\/li><li>Emails are sent to all active Campaign Members with valid email addresses.<br><\/li><li>Activity and status tracking can be viewed in the related Campaign record after sending.<\/li><\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ZFusion allows you to send an email directly to the members of any Salesforce Campaign.
